PAYLILY TIMESHEET SYSTEM

Paylily is an automated notification timesheet system that gives you control over your timesheet. Paylily allows you to verify our receipt of your timesheet and to maintain an electronic record.

Directions:


Keep track of time worked throughout the week. At the end of the week, login to Paylily at http://acc.paylily.com to submit hours worked. Follow the step-by-step directions provided for generating a timesheet, printing a timesheet, and faxing an approved timesheet back into Paylily to Accentuate Staffing. Accentuate Staffing processes over 450 paychecks a week. To ensure that your paycheck is included in the weekly payroll run, all of the procedures and deadlines need to be followed. Timesheets submitted outside of deadlines and procedures will be included in the following week's payroll run. Please contact Lesley Whitt at lesley@accentuatestaffing.com with any questions.

How it works:


Your pass code is the last 4 digits of your social security number.

Each employee is responsible for ensuring that a manager approved timesheet is submitted and faxed via Paylily by Monday at 5:00 pm. Every manager approved paper timesheet (even on-site / non Accentuate Staffing timecards) must be faxed only to Paylily at 866-457-1433. Timesheets received via a different fax number or email will be delayed and included in the following week's payroll run.

You will receive a final (third) email confirming that Accentuate Staffing has received your timesheet, all information is complete, and it will be processed on Tuesday. This email may take a few hours as batch approvals will be done every three hours on Monday. The last email will sent by Accentuate Staffing no later than 5:30 pm on Monday.

Accentuate Staffing recommends completing timesheets at close of business on Friday.

Payroll processing begins first thing Tuesday morning. Missed payroll deadlines and procedures will result in your paycheck being included in the following week's payroll run.

Q & A:


When will I receive my pay? Accentuate Staffing releases direct deposit funds and mails paper checks by the close of business on Wednesday. Each individual's bank determines when direct deposit funds are posted and available; please contact your bank directly with questions regarding availability of funds. Mail delivery is dependent upon the United States Postal Service.

What if my mailed check is lost? Stop payments and reissued checks will be processed after 7 business days. It is your responsibility to ensure your address is kept up to date with Accentuate Staffing.

What if my manager hasn't signed the time card? If your manager is unavailable, please contact your Accentuate Staffing recruiter prior to the Monday 5:00 timesheet deadline to obtain approval.

What if I don't get an email? If you do not receive an approval email by Monday at 5:00 pm, there is an error in your submission and your manager approved timesheet must be resent. If this resubmission is not entered by Monday at 5:30 pm, your paycheck will be processed the following week, with the same tax withholdings.
